Carlos Santiago Saavedra, Associate

Carlos is an attorney with experience in construction contracts. Throughout his career, he has focused his practice on litigation and arbitration

Carlos has advised domestic and foreign clients, banks and fiduciary entities in the drafting of contracts and in the resolution of civil, commercial and construction disputes. He is also an active professional in academia and research.

He is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Panama (Panama, 2016), with a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the University Santa María La Antigua (Panama, 2018) and is currently pursuing a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin for Antioquia.
