Gloria is a specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law. In both areas, she participates together with the litigation and arbitration team in national and international arbitrations, reinforcing the firm's specialty in construction disputes. She has also participated in disputes related to financial matters, Banking, Insurance, Bonds and Trusts

 

She has also advised companies of great importance and trajectory both locally and internationally on contractual matters of Mergers and Acquisitions, and has participated in the structuring of commercial bank loans for the development of large-scale construction projects, and in the financing of investment for the acquisition of companies in Panama.

Graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Santa María La Antigua (Panama, 2006), with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville (Panama, 2008) and Specialization in Contract Law and Business Legal Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia (Colombia, 2018). She also has higher studies in Trust Administration from the International Banking Institute-Panama Banking Association; Accounting Diploma from the Specialized University for the Authorized Public Accountant and specialized studies in the Insurance Sector.
