BRIG’s Litigation and Arbitration Department represents local and international clients, including financial and government institutions, and companies from a wide range of sectors: construction, construction and engineering, energy, logistics, agricultural, industrial, telecommunications and technology in ordinary, oral, summary, executive, simple, and mortgage proceedings.

We have represented several clients in institutional arbitration at Panama’s Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Construction, CIADI, the Paris Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations.

BRIG also participate in ad-hoc arbitration. Some of our experts have worked as arbitrators at important national and international arbitration proceedings. BRIG also has experience in other alternate methods of conflict resolution (negotiation, mediation, dispute resolution).
