Orlando Moreno is a graduate of the University of Panama, specialist in Labor Law and Criminal Law.

 

He advises corporations, unions in all labor matters and in cases of Economic Criminal Law. He is also recognized for his representation in criminal matters in high profile cases.

 

He is a member of the Panamanian Association of Labor Law and the Panamanian Institute of Economic and Business Criminal Law . He has been a teacher at the Technological University of Panama.
